Data Entry Assistant (Part Time)

Working Period : 2 months
Working hours : 8.30am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)

Job Description:

  1. Data Entry – input financial transactions such as invoices, payments etc. into accounting software
  2. Account Management – update account receivable and account payable, reconcile bank statement
  3. Data Verification – verify data entries and reconcile discrepancies
  4. Record keeping – organize and maintain financial records for easy retrieval and access.

 

Education :

Diploma or Degree in Accountancy with no prior experience are welcome to apply.
